    The most commonly asked questions of Bee's Graphic Design.

    Q.1 How do I order and pay for my order?

    Contact us for a quote and we will invoice you after we know what it is you are needing done. All work is different, so we like to talk with our clients first before we invoice them. In addition, all work requires a 50% down payment to start. After you've made a payment via PayPal you will then be automatically redirected to a page where you'll be required to fill out a web form regarding your design specifications. Once you've done that, we'll be in contact with you again to confirm your order and give you an estimated completion time. It is all based on first come first served.

    Q.2 Can I order Design Work if I am in another country?

    Absolutely. Thanks to the Internet, geographical location is no longer an obstacle. Our online process lets us work with clients abroad as easily as with those right in our own back yard.

    Q.3 How long is your turnaround time?

    Our turnaround time varies according to our workload and the size of your order. We try to turn work around fast and work with each clients need. We work on a first come first serve basis. However, you may contact us if you are in rush and we might be able to work you in sooner.

    Q.4 What if I'm unhappy with my design?

    If in the very rare case, after reviewing your design or project, you find that I have made an error, I will fix any/all errors for free. If you would like revisions made that were not part of the original scope, I may have to bill you a reasonable fee for the time it takes to complete your request. Most likely that will not be an issue.

    Q.5 Do you offer refunds?

    Due to the amount of time and labor we put into your design we're unable to offer refunds on finished works.

    Q.6 Do I own the designs that you have created?

    Yes! You own the Copyright to the designs we create for you. However, it is important to note that your new designs may contain modified clip art. If this is the case the rights to use the clip art automatically pass on to you.

    Q.7 Do you offer the original .PSD source files?

    Yes. I will give you the PSD files.

    Q.8 How do you deliver my new designs?

    Your finished design and all files associated with it will be emailed to you and will be contained in a .zip file.

    Q.9 Will my designs be ready to use as soon as I get them/it?

    Yes. You will be able to place your new ecovers or web graphics directly into your web page without any further modification. All other designs will be ready to be used for print application purposes. Websites and be loaded directly for you into your server with your permission.

    Q.10 What file format will my logos, ecovers and other graphic designs be delivered in?

    Your designs are supplied in either 72 DPI GIF or JPEG version depending on which gives the highest image quality, and fastest download for your particular graphic. GIF and JPEG are the file formats most commonly used for display on web pages, and are readable by both MAC and PC. All other graphic designs will be supplied as a 300 DPI JPEG to give you the highest quality possible to use for print and/or other applications.
